About us

I've always had a passion for helping others, especially women. As a former Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics and a former Court Services Officer with the NJ Judiciary, I know firsthand about the triumphs and tribulations women face, especially women 40+.  Women have so much to offer and sometimes don't know where to begin when it comes time for them to uplift and empower themselves. I myself struggled with midlife crisis issues and know a thing or two about wanting to feel more confident in my skin. As my children got older, and I cleared the chaos in my home and my mind, I stepped into a more vibrant second act of life, and it feels great! This is why I created Empowered Women Rock, so I can help nourish and expand on women's amazing qualities. Women are gamechangers, and we at Empowered Women Rock are helping them to get in the game!
